The Music Technology Center at Juilliard

The Music Technology Center at Juilliard was created in 1995 to provide students with the basic skills needed to compose and perform music using new technology. After completing a one-semester introductory course interested students can pursue specialized areas of study such as the use of computers in performance, film scoring or music production. An independent study track is available for advanced students.

A special seminar introducing students to the various applications of technology is required of all second year undergraduates in the Literature and Materials Department (L&M).
